Which render is right for your house?
Sand and cement is the budget-friendly classic, but it needs painting and repainting. Through-coloured silicone and monocouche systems cost more up front, never need paint, resist hairline cracking and shrug off salt air — over fifteen to twenty years they usually work out cheaper.
